We had a slab leak that cause water damage to about 30% of our home impacting hallways, bathroom, bedroom, flooring and closets.
Javier, through a recommendation came to give an estimate for the repairs and also work with my insurance to assist on the claim. On their first day of demolition, JJ Construction found another leak in the pipes above ground that contributed to continued water damage in the bathroom/hallway/closet.
Once all water was settled and plumb work completed, we moved on the work itself. From a full bathroom repair to wood/carpet installation to extensive painting and cabinet repair post water damage our home is finally back to normal.
The quality in matching the rest of the wood floors to repainting our damaged walls and all the carpet work, including up the stairs has resulted in a fine finished product. While he delays throughout the process the work quality was great and even the clean up after each day was also effective.
